A study was conducted by the company regarding different client profiles. Sales team members needed to learn these profiles to better target clients with the right solutions. The first part of the training was an interactive eLearning that taught learners the different profiles. This was then followed up with a 90-minute vILT where learners worked in breakout groups to discuss possible objections they might encounter for a specific client type and how they might overcome them.
